Verigo Account and Data Deletion Request
Requesting the deletion of your account at verigo.io is a permanent action and can take up to 30 days to complete. During this time, all data associated with your account will be removed, including login credentials and profile information. Once the deletion process is finalized, it cannot be undone, and your data cannot be recovered.
Pod Session and Log Data Ownership
Note: All collected pod session and log data belongs to the company, not the individual account. To delete this data, a company administrator must request the deletion of the entire company account. Individual account deletion does not affect company-wide data.
Information Required
To proceed with your account deletion, please send an email from the account email address associated with your Verigo account with the following information:
Subject: "Verigo Account Deletion Request"
Body:
- Username: The username associated with your verigo.io account.
- Company Name: The name of the company your account is associated with.
- Deletion confirmation statement: "I request that Verigo delete my account and all associated data. I understand that after this request is processed, I will not be able to login and my data will be deleted and unrecoverable."

Deletion Process
Account deletion can take up to 30 days to complete. Once all account data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email. After account deletion, pod session data that was associated to your account will be attributed to "Deleted User".
