Repeated "Sync Unsuccessful" messages.

A sync unsuccessful error is caused when data fails to reach its destination (Verigo’s Cloud), or when the Pod tries to synchronize corrupted data to our Cloud.

Operating your Pod outside of our specified range may cause permanent damage to the sensor that can lead to corruption of data. Please reference Pod data sheets here:

If you are experiencing “Sync Unsuccessful” messages please verify that you are connected to the internet on your mobile device. Simply log out of the app and log back in. Once you’re logged in on the "Nearby Pod" screen connect to your Pod and wait until the synch in the top right reaches 100%. Afterwards, all data will be synchronized and sent to be viewed, shared and printed from your Verigo Cloud account.
